Two friends and I are playing a 1v1v1 of COD:WAW and this was my first time ever playing COD. I wasnt really interested in playing but thought what the heck might be fun. So I am not doing the best and one of my friends is whooping his roommate and I bad. I am lucky to get a 3 kill killstreak. I pushed the button to release the dogs. One starts running off and I follow it thinking it might lead me to where my friend who is kicking my butt might be. Sure enough that dog lead me to a ladder and just barked. I climbed up and my friend shot me in the face. He asked me how I knew he was there. He explained that he has used the hiding spot before and no one had found him. I told him what i figured out with the dogs and he didnt know that you could use them for that. He told me about a week later that he played against a really high ranked guy and found him in his hiding spot using the dogs. Guy asked him like he asked me how my friend was able to find him. My friend told him what I told my friend and that guy didnt know it either. Just goes to show that even newbies can learn something that veterans dont know about.
